The total contract is 60,000 tons per year. Would your company have the support to meet this demand at this value? Does your company have the certifications to export to China? Is it registered with the Chinese government's GACC? Does your company have all the necessary documentation for customs clearance? Our client requests images, photos, videos and storage methods for the product before signing the contract. And regarding the commission, how would your company pay our commission? As a percentage or a fixed amount per ton? We charge a % of the total contract fee for 30,000 tons of commission. Can your company pay us this amount? I suggest that your company be responsible for paying our professional fees and that it be duly expressed in a contract governed by the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) so that everyone is supported and safe in this commercial operation. I await your confirmation. Please clarify these points for us so that we can proceed with the negotiations. Thank you,
