I am president of Boreal Medicinal Canada and we bought from Henan Wanda Chemical Equipment a 300-liter electric Jacket kettle using oil, not water. The kettle has an agitator. We are looking for a second one, also with the agitator, and would appreciate a quotation. We also want to replace the oil. Would you please tell me what kind of oil I need? We also have a problem with the temperature control. Can we buy a complete control box? Is it possible to have a Book of instruction and an operating english book?
