glue roll coater needed

I plan to make Structural Insulated panels (SIPs) in Haiti for low cost housing.

I am looking for a glue roll coater to apply a water based adhesive glue to 4 foot wide (1220 millimeters) x 4 inch thick (102 millimeters) to 6 inches t hick (152 millimeter) panels of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam. No heat is needed.

The glue will be ISOSET EPI WD3-A322 with the catalyst ISOSETCX47.
The glue is made by:

Two U.S. made glue machines are commonly used:
1) Black Brothers makes a model 775 Glue Spreader:

Both machines are way too expensive to use in a 3rd world country like Haiti.
