Specification

White Graphite:

Applications:

It is powder crystalline flake graphite used for parting surfaces in foundry practice.

Technical requirements:

- Carbon content = 80% min .
- 90% min, passing 200 mesh .


Amorphous Graphite:

Applications:

To be used for die coating in water meter production .

Technical requirements:-

A- Chemical Content:

Carbon content : 80.00% Min
Suphur : 00.15% Max
Ash content : 20.00% Max
B- Physical properties:

Size: 55% Min > 0.09 mm
100% > 1.125 mm


Blacking Graphite

Application:

For coating cores of ingot mould castings.

Technical requirements:

A- Chemical Analysis:

1- Fixed Carbon 70% min
2- Moisture 1.6% max
3- Volatile 5.5 % max
4- Ash 22% max
5- Sulpher 0.7 % max

B- Physical properties:-

Size: max 14% retained on 200 mesh screen .

Packing:

Tight packing against waste or losses due to handling or transportation.
