I am a Sole trader currently compilling complimentary guest books.

I am looking to purchase innitially for sample 2 piece, with a view to placing larger orders minimum 200 pieces. My interest is in wedding guest book, my questions are as follow:

1). Can guest book be supplied with presentation box with or without window?
2). Can guest book be supplied without motif or embelishment?
3).Can this product be supplied in any other colours or material other than that depicted in picture? Faux leather, of reasonable quality.
4). Do i have the option to alter the wording of interface page and to prepare my choice of message for last page.
5). do you supply signature pen with or without pen stand/holder.
