Hello, Do you provide high-quality cvd/hpht diamonds in the 1-3 carat range with an IGI (or other) certificate? If so, we would love to hear from you! We are starting a lab-diamond business in the USA, selling 10 rings per day to start, and many more soon. We need them set into ring settings, of our choice or yours.
