Knowing how to use galvanizing furnace is very important. Following introduces some tips by the Annuo Galvanizing Equipment.
1. The temperature of zinc liquid should be controlled strictly, and cannot exceed to 480 ℃
2.The production capacity of galvanizing kettle should be adapted to its own size, and the heating load on the heating surface cannot be exceeded(the heating load on the heating surface is determined by the production capacity and the size of heating area.)
3. Zinc slag cannot pile up on the heating surface and should be cleaned regularly.
4.That the heating cannot be supplied to the area with zinc slag must be taken into consideration when proceeding the design of furnace.
How to use galvanizing furnace?
5.The cold zinc ingot cannot added into the zinc liquid of galvanizing kettle directly when using small melting kettle to molten zinc ingot and zinc shavings (including the zinc shavings getting from blowing and wiping).
6.Avoid to use galvanizing kettle directly heat zinc ingot to proceed molten.
7.During production, the operation procedure should be taken strictly, but should not open and shut down randomly, which may lead to the rapid change of temperature and cause the falling off of the iron-zinc alloy layer on the surface of galvanizing kettle to lose its protective effect.
8. Keep the zinc liquid clean as possible.
9.Never use quick fire or cold air.
10.Never raise the temperature of zinc liquid or reduce the phase reaction during shift.
11.The temperature should be raised steadily and slowly at the beginning of heating.
12.The measurement to test the temperature of zinc liquid must be good; the composition of zinc must be controlled strictly according to the specification.
