I, FRANK LEE GO, in my capacity as President of FG GLOBAL MARKETING INC., hereby state and represent that it is my intention to charter a vessel and purchase Light Cycle Oil (LCO) under the terms and conditions as stated below.

1. Commodity: Light Cycle Oil (LCO) & Chartered Vessel
2. Duration: 12 months
3. Volume: 10,000MT for the trial shipment followed by 25,000 MT, 50,000 MT, 100,000 MT per month for 12 months
4. Country of Origin: Kazakhstan
5. Destination: CIF Port, Shandong Province, China
6. Inspection: Loading port SGS report & CIQ at destination port
7. Loading Port Options: Azerbaijan, Georgia, Rotterdam, Houston, Vladivostok, Fujairah, Singapore
8. Payment: 100% TT Via MT103

Should you be able to supply the above commodity and meet the specified requirements, please send me the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) and the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) contract.
