RFQ Details

We are intersted in Fuel and looking for the supplier to give the order. Please do not just send soft offer and procedures, UNLESS they are on the letterhead of the SELLER. I am next to the buyer mandate of one of the "majors" gas co. This buyer is not a reseller and we are not looking for the lowest prices. I am looking for a seller that has the product, POP must be shows before bank instrument is in place. First contact will be a conf call between the buyer and seller only, you as interemediaries NEED to step back and let the principals speak, WE do not discuss procedures, that is not our business to discuss and make decisions on. Need FCO's to be written to buyer, please contact if you can write the FCO's.
