Looking for Ground Lamp

I have requirement of Ground Lamp,1.5 metre black flex with black foot (approx 50 cm from base) and UK 3 pin suitable fused plug. Metal shade and base, polished chrome stem. Adjustable in at two points as per photograph. Note: Red Shade as Special: colour RAL 300 4 Lamp to have red shade and black base. Standard lamp to include swivel action. Cord grip to base. Base diameter 250 mm, Height 2670 mm, Maximum extension 650 mm. Must conform to health, safety and fire standards.
