RFQ Details

We are looking to enter before December 5, 2009, a managed buy/sell program (trading platform). We have several qualifying projects totaling over $100MM. We have the required 10% escrow deposit in unencumbered fumds in accounts with B of A, Wells Fargo, and HSBC. We have and will pass any compliance checks. We can deposit the escrow and enter into a trade contract/JV agreement this week.

We have been in two other programs in the recent past; however, most of the programs are closed until early next year and we need to get into a program this year.
