Digvijai Polytex Pvt. Ltd., is an India based leading manufacturer of PP woven sacks/ fabrics. The company is located at a distance of 80 kms from Madurai / 120 KMs from Tuticorin Port, and possesses a hi - tech production plant established at Srivilliputur. There is a growing demand for PP fabric for packing for different products in the field of fertilizers, cement, polymers, chemicals, textiles, machinery, automobiles, etc. To cope up with the growing demand we at successfully processes 2000 Mt of PP granules every year, which translates to 20 million meters of basic PP fabric. We are also under an expansion for our manufacturing capacity which will be completed by December 2010. This will add our production capacity by another 1000 MT/ Year.

Production Procedure

Step #1: PP materials are extruded into PP Strips.
This is the first step to control the tensile strength of Fabric.

Step #2: Extruded PP Strips are woven into the body fabric by circular looms.

Step #3: Fabric are cut to the length to become the bag as per customer required size.

Step #4: Stitching can be done by professional skilled operators.

Step #5: Inspect each bag before packing to ensure the cleanness and quality

Step #6: Bags are bound into bundles or pallets.
