Payroll processing partner in China required

We are an accounting and finance outsourcing company based in US. We have been approached by one of our US clients to provide payroll processing and disbursement for their employees in China. We are looking at 20,000 checks per month to be distributed in various cities.
We are looking fr a partner in China who can handle the logistics of printing and distributing the checks. The partner will also be responsible for front end support to collect the data required to process the payroll and to answer any employee questions
