River or Sea Sand for reclamation project

Good morning Sir,

I need a shipping of sand of 50,000 MT / shipment from Malaysia to Hong Kong. We need a minimum of 500,000 MT up to 1,000,000 MT per month.
It means, we need to ship sand of 10 to 20 shipment per month to achieve the minimum monthly requirement. Please let me know the rate or cost per Metric Tons by conventional ship and cost by sand carrier ship (not conventional) ?
Total project is we need to deliver 52 million MT of sand. Please help us with information necessary.
Also, in one shipment of 50,000 MT, please inform us, time (days) of loading need, time (days) of unloading required and time of discharging need it.

Please advise your term of payment.
