self adhering calendars

I need a price for 500, 000 self adhering "stickup" calendars that are 3" wide by 5" long. It has a vinyl header section that is custom printed in 4 spot colors, then the bottom section is a 12 month tear off monthly calendar pad. The calendar pad is stapled onto the vinyl. There are two versions of ***** and ink colors change - 300, 000 of one version and 200, 000 of a different version totalling 500, 000. Ships to ***** have delivery by December 1, 2008.
