We're a leading welding electrodes and wires manufacturing company in India. We wish to purchase Steel Wire Rods with the following chemical compositions. Please let us know whether you manufacture and supply the following types of steel wire rods.

CHEMICAL composition required:

C% :- 0.09 MAX.
Mn% :- 0.35-0.65
P% :- 0.02 Max.
S% :- 0.023 Max.
Si% :- 0.03 MAX.
Cu% :- 0.20 Max.

xxxxx CO2 Welding Wires

Material:- Prime Steel Wire rods
Grade:- ER70S6
Size :- 5.5 mm

CHEMICAL and MECHANICAL properties required:

C% :- 0.040 - 0.10 MAX.
Mn% :- 1.40 - 1.70 MAX.
P% :- 0.025 Max.
S% :- 0.025 Max.
Si% :- 0.85 - 1.05 MAX.
Cu% :- 0.10 Max.

UTS :- 550 N/mm2 MAX.
RA :- 75% MIN.
