RFQ Details

I am looking for a manufacturer of toilet paper that accepts L/C as a form of payment. It seems like everyone wants an upfront deposit as T/T but no one wants to take an L/C.

If you are a manufacturer of toilet paper and will accept L/C, send me a message with your prices for your different types. All types of toilet paper are welcome.

Please DO NOT RESPOND if you take partial T/T and L/C for payment as a T/T deposit and the rest L/C. Only respond if you can accept 100% L/C. Please describe your L/C terms. I am willing to work with all L/C terms.
