RFQ Details

We are interested in copper mill berry.
Below there are procedures for our requirement
Attached , there is the full requirement from my buyer
CONTRACT & PURCHASE PROCEDURES
a) Buyer places enquiry direct or via one of our representatives
b) Seller will issue draft sales contract with pro forma invoice and full banking details
c) Buyer and seller agree terms, conditions, price, payment method, shipment dates and other matters to mutual
satisfaction. If necessary sales contract will be amended accordingly
d) Buyer & seller sign contracts and exchange documents by e-mail in .pdf format or if requested hard copies by
mail.
e) Within 7 banking days after the contract signing the buyer will submit a draft letter of credit assignment for
approval
f) Buyer will confirm acceptance of the letter of credit assignment and the assignment notice will be issued bank to
bank by swift
g) Seller shall move commodity to a mutually agreed warehousing facility at the port security area where Inspection
shall be made and upon completion where the good shall be shipped in accordance with the contract.
