RFQ Details

We want to buy used scrap car batteries(Wet or Dry-drained)
No limit of purchasing quantity, as much and many as possible.
We pay based on LME price of former month.
(If we buy in Novermer, we pay a certain percent of Oct. LME price)

After we agree to the condition of price, quantity, *****,
we can start business 3months later to get all the import/export licenses from the concerned authorities.
My location is USA and mainly purchase from USA.
