Dear Sir

Greetings for the day, I hope you are doing good at your health.

I, Hereby introduce about our business. We are Importers and Exporters of Zinc metal and its residue like zinc ash/dross etc. We situated in India along with a trading office in UAE. We import from various countries like Indonesia, Africa etc and Export to many counties eg. China, Oman, India and Europe and many more.
We wish to buy following material in quantities as described:
Zinc Ash (treated/Untreated) - 300 Tonne per month
Zinc dross - 500 Tonne per month
Zinc scrap - 100 tonne above

You are requested to kindly quote best price for the above said on FOB basis. Kindly propose your payment terms also.
Above mentioned quantities are minimum projected.
Quantity of initial sample supply may vary to lower amount.
Payments shall be made in USD.
All the deals shall be contractual. Samples and test reports shall be required, subject to the conditions of the client.
