Fuel (JP + D2) Procedures: A. TIER I PROCEDURES ARE OUR PREFERRENCE: 1) ICPO to Seller (Title Holder). 2) Seller issues corporate invoice to (*****) with the following POP Verifiable Product Documentation for Immediately Liftable Volume, to comprise of the following: Copy of the tank storage receipt/s Current - no older than 3 (Three) days from the time of issuance to the Buyer certificate of weight, quantity and quality issued by (SGS); Authority to conduct tank dip test/s. 3)Buyer will issue MT**3, straight swift before title transfer or lift 4)Seller will transfers/endorsed title to Buyer 5)Buyer lifts product 6)Contract POP to be released to Buyer for the remainder of monthly volume for IRDLC to be opened by Buyer as per Annex "A" 7) POP will be issued for one year as per contract/per delivery. 8) Delivery FOB only (No Rotterdam). *****
