Also these bacteria shows a great resistance to the antimicrobial agents (as antibiotics) , The postoperative metal, wound or implant infection is not rare in Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery clinics and operating rooms. When the wound is infected after operation, operator must strike out the implant from the body. We decided to cover the titanium spinal screw with silver ions for to protect implants against to antibotic resistans bacteria. In the first time there was some problems the titanyum was an inert metal for ionisation with electrolysys. So it was possible, but when the screw put in to bone, the covered layer was ruptured and screw is uncovered from silver. But we didnt abdicate to solve this problem. At the end we covered the Titanium Spinal Screws with Silver Ions without any damage silver layer during application by nanothechnology. Now in our country we use it routinly with safe for infection. We looking for lokal distribution in their countries for our products. Surgical Implants: Our laboratory developed new age implants for Spine Surgery, Ortopedic Surgery.
