All non-destructive examinations together with in-house inspection and HuangShangYou  most advanced 3D modeling and surveying equipment ensure all fabrications are proved for workmanship and fit-up prior despatch, giving our clients the end product they deserve.

 Huang Shang You Steel Ltd occupies modern workshops and office facilities on two sites, with over ****0 sq m capacity. The workshops offer a lift capacity up to *0 tonnes and are equipped with modern plant and machinery including semiautomatic welding, CNC operated profile, saw, drilling and milling machines. Additionally we have a 3D modeling and surveying system to assist with complex fabrications and inspection.
Crane
cranes rated at *0, *5, *5, *0 & 7 tonnes. Forklift and side loaders increase the versatility for handling outside the factory buildings. The above arrangements give us *0 tonnes heavy lift capacity within the fabrication shop.
Bending
No brake presses of **0 tonne capacity.

Welders
*2 fully qualified welders to EN**7/**8 minimum approval and ASME 9 AWS and sub-arc.
Galvanizing treatment
Our biggest galvanizing member: L****0 * W ***0 * H ***0 can entire structural steel member galvanizing surface treatment.
Inspection
Managed in-house Q/A department with team of welding and fabrication inspectors along with theodolite/total station + latest 3D modelling and surveying equipment for setting out and inspection gives our clients every confidence with fit-up on site. Facility also accommodates NDT of welds, painting inspection, site erection and surveys.

CAD/TEKLA STRUCTURES
