The Company is a limited liability Company registered under registrar of Companies. Came in to being as an enterprise to manufacture bona fide western drugs in ***3. The company was started by the late Mr. J.S.A. Fernando alias Jerry Fernando and continued in that field until his death in ***0. With the Nationalizations of the Pharmaceutical Industry the Company diversified into trading which was built up over the years with many first class agencies. Besides foreign trading the Company now boasts of an Engineering division established principally to promote the local manufacture of small/ medium processing equipment in the food & drink and agricultural and industrial fields, and a work shop equipped to service and maintain all equipment purchased through us. In ***2 a fully owned subsidiary was established and functions of this Company are to establish fully equipped maintenance, services and repair facilities for all types of industrial equipment whether supplied by us or otherwise. After *4 years in ***6, we started a division for cabling and networking. Services of this new division are Data cabling CAT5E, CAT6, Phone/ Voice Cabling, Wireless Instillations and Cabling, POS (Point of Sale) Cabling, Outdoor/Under ground aerial cabling, CCTV and Surveillance Cabling, Phone Systems, Electrical caballing and designing of switch boards and distribution boards, Installation and Maintenance of Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, Electrical and Mechanical Equipment. We have and a workshop equipped to service and maintains all equipment purchased through us.
