Hyson Holding Group is invested and held by German Hyson Group. Hyson Group started to developing Asian markets in ***5, and then set up the Asian headquarters in Kowloon, Hong Kong, and registered as Hyson Holding Group (abbreviated as Hyson Holding).

In order to promote the Chinese mainland market, Hyson Holding and China-invested enterprise set up a Sino-German Joint Venture Corporation - Jiangsu Hyson Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Then Hyson Holding cooperated with Changzhou Wujin Huarui Electronic and Shenzhen Ruipu Shinco Electronic Co., Ltd, and now achieved the acquisition and reorganization for these two companies.

Hyson Holding takes the leading brushless motor control technology at home and abroad as the core, and the developed products are mainly applied in four industries, i.e. personal care, electric tools, small appliances and auto parts.
