Pratibha is fully vertical integrated knitwear manufacturing unit which Spinning , Knitting , Dyeing & Garmenting all at one place. We have our organic cotton farming project named € Vasudha€ (The mother earth) spread over in **5, **0 acres across India with more than *8, **0 farmer working with us. Some of the initiatives undertaken in this direction €“ € Expansion of organic farming from **5, **0 acres to **0, **0 acres in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Orissa and Maharashtra creating a family of ****0 farmers, **0 extension officers, 5 agronomists and *0 administrative staff. € Plantation of over **0, **0 trees at Pratibha campus and on the farms. € Additionally fair trade procedures (certified to Fair Trade Standards) have been incorporated in some parts of the project to further the creation of a strong, independent and growing rural India. € Investment in spinning technology to produce and meet varied customer requirements like Ring Spinning, Ring Spun Compact, Open-End and Air Vortex Spinning. € New technology is more energy and waste efficient by upto *5%. € Waste Fiber generated is further recycled to produce blended recycled yarns. € High speed industrial frame knitting machines with fabric defect scanners produce the finest quality fabrics with minimized rejections and wastages. The new technology has enabled to reduce the fabric wastages by upto 2%. € New open-width knitting, bleaching and dyeing machines will produce the finest fabrics consuming upto a third of
