2.Feature:

We can machine the graphite plate to 0.*- 1.2 mm thickness , this sloved the problem of machine graphite material .

3.Performance:

This kind of Graphite battery lead plate can replace the traditional battery lead board ,will be no pollution , small electric resistance , energy conservation, making the battery’s electric capacity be improved , and can Reduce battery volume.

4.Test reports:

1. Electrical resistivity

Acceptable Resistivity – Resistivity is low enough not to cause appreciable volt drop.
Acceptable Current density – no deterioration due to electrolytic corrosion .

2. Immersion in water

Acceptable – no distortion or degradation because of ingress of water .

3. Robustness

After the carburizing treatment, this treatment will add more than three times of
modulus and tensile strength , and make the graphite plate not easy to broken , Such as
we throw it from hight 1.8 m and to **6 m . that will have no any break .

5. Apply to battery 's VBAT and negative materials .this kind of battery Widely used in solar electrical energy generation,wind power generation equipment, electric automobile. Etc
