FAQ

1.  Question: The forks cant be lifted to the max. lift height?

           Cause: hydraulic oil is not enough

        Solution:  Add appropriate filtrated working oil. 

2.  Question: The forks cant return to the lowest position?

      Cause  a): Too much hydraulic oil.

      Cause  b):  Some parts are deformed or blocked.

    Solution a):  Take out appropriate working oil.

    Solution b):  Replace the parts or repair. 

3. Question: The forks cant drop after lifted?

     Cause  a):  The control valve is abnormal.

     Cause  b):  The parts are deformed or damaged.

   Solution a):  Readjust the unloading device.

   Solution b):  Replace the damaged and deformed  parts. 

4. Question:  Hydraulic oil leakage?

     Cause  a):   The oil seal is unavailable.

     Cause  b):   The pump core and the surface of the plunger is damaged or worn.

      Cause c):   The coupled places become loosend.

   Solution a):   Replace the oil seal.

   Solution b):   Replace the core, plunger and the damaged parts.

   Solution c):   Fasten the loosened place again. 

5. Question:  The fork cant be lifted

     Cause  a):   The viscosity of the working oil is too high, or theres no working oil.

     Cause  b):   Theres impurity in the oil.

      Cause c):   Readjust the unloading device
