1 ton/hour vertical ring die wood pellet mill

This pellet mill adopt special structure of vertical ring die, which with enough pressure mainly applicable to crude fiber granulation: such as rice husk, oak, beech, eucalyptus of some hard wood, sawdust, biogases, cotton stalk, weeds and all kinds of material with low adhesion rate, difficult to forming.

 

 Performance and the difference between similar products

I. Seven characteristics

1. Vertical feeding directly in place.

2. Die static, roller rotating, materials centrifugal, evenly distributed around.

3. Double-layer dies, up and down dual-use, reduce the cost, enhance the efficiency, can be dual-use, high capacity, energy saving.

4. One die, different hole diameters, with different specifications to pelletize.

Either difference

1. Upward mould, special structure, vertically feeding, easier heat dissipation: the material is feuded into the pelletizing room vertically and is well placed; no other pressing device is needed.

 (1) Die rotates to make rollers run, the output will be effected as material is easily arched which lead to uneven feeding. 

(2) When the rollers rotate while the die is static, which could avoid the arching of material, but centrifugal force is caused which will swing the material in the pelletizing room to the periphery. 

2. Die static, roller rotating, material centrifugal and distributed around evenly: using a unique double-layer high rebounding-effect die, naturally and evenly distribute in the die’s inner surface.

3. Double layer die, multifunction, high efficiency: die has upper parts and lower parts, customers 

can choose two different specifications of aperture  to produce different specifications of pellets.
