Q: Do you charge for providing sample?
A: No we won't, but freight collected. And because too many clients are asking for samples during this special period, we can provide a few pieces.

Q: What is the MOQ of one order?

Q: What's the lead time normally?
A: Depends on qty you may need. Normally ***0 days.

FAQ about Payment:
Q: What are your payment options?
A: For all protective items, we only accept T/T. *0% deposit before production starts, remaining balance to be paid before delivery(Whether by air, train or sea). 

FAQ about Shipping:
Q: Which shipping options can you provide?
A: Any shipping options including sea shipping, air shipping, express (DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, etc). If you are from inland country for example: Mongolia, we can also ship by train.

Q: Which shipping port do you normally use? 
A: Shanghai or Qingdao port is what we use mostly since it is the closest port to us. 

Q: Can you use forwarding company I usually cooperate?
A: Yes sure.
