10mm Aluminum Honeycomb Sandwich Panel

The aluminum honeycomb panel is made of honeycomb core, surface aluminum panel and 
bottom aluminum panel adhesive with environmental protection glue. 

The patterns can be stone, marble/granite/ceramic, wood veneer/bamboo veneer, stainless 
steel, fiberglass (FRP), etc.

t Material

International standard 1100 H24, 3003 H24, or 5005 H24 aluminum alloy depending on requirements; 

galvanized iron and stainless steel are made available as well.

v   Tyoical thickness: 2mm-200mm

v Thickness of front aluminum surface layer: 0.8-1.5 mm; 

v   Thickness of bottom aluminum layer:0.6-1.0 mm; 

v   Thickness of honeycomb core: 0.05-0.06 mm; (5-6mm length)

v   Width: Standard in 1000 mm, 1220 mm, 1250 mm, 

      Option in1350 mm, 1500 mm,1575 mm,1800 mm, 2000 mm (Max. within 2000 mm)

v   Length: 2440mm, 3200mm, 4000mm, 5000mm (Max: within 6000 mm) 

v   Minimum Order Quantity: 300 Square Meter (upon the various finish)

v   Surface Proces: Anodized, Brushed, Embossed PE/PVDF colored, Wooden /Marble /Granit         etc.as required 

v   Glue: DUPONT Gglue

v   Shapes: One side curved, two-side curved panel, columns, square, triangle, advertisement 
      board etc.

t About PVDF and PE Painting Panel

Usually, the surface aluminum panel is treated by PVDF coating or PE coating. 

PVDF(Polyvinylidene Fluoride) coating is suitable for outdoor because of its good  properties of 
anti-weathering, anti-contamination and self-cleaning. 

Due to Polyester(PE) paints great nature, it can achieve versatile vivid color and higher gloss 
rate than PVDF. It is ideal for interior wall, decoration and signboard materials. And it can cut 
down your cost a lot.
