BCT***8S/M/T/F is **-channel constant-current driver for LED displays with *-bit output current gain control. The output current value can also be set using an external resistor. BCT***8S/M/T/F contains a serial buffer and a **-bit data latches, which convert serial data into parallel output format. At BCT***8S/M/T/F output stage, sixteen regulated current ports are designed to provide constant current sinks for driving LEDs within a wide range of LED forward voltage variations. BCT***8S/M/T/F provides a clock frequency of *5MHz which satisfies the system requirements of high volume data transmission.
