Scope of Application:

Mainly used for the plasticization and mixing of rubber and plastic materials.



 

Features:

1、The rollers are made of alloy chilled cast iron, with a hard and wear-resistant surface. The inner cavity ensures uniform temperature across the roller surface.

2、The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to protect the main components from damage due to overload. It features an emergency braking system; in the event of an emergency, pressing the emergency stop immediately activates the reverse brake, ensuring safety and reliability.

3、The transmission device uses a horizontal hard-toothed reducer, which has a compact structure, high transmission power, low noise, and a long service life.

4、The machine features an integrated base for simplified installation. It offers options for both left and right transmission; customers specify their preference when placing an order. It will be the right-handed rotation model by default.
