Adopting the advanced process flow, the complete set of flour milling machineries have different configuration models with different throuthput stretches from *0T/D to **0T/D. The whole assembly line consists of wheat cleaning, wheat peeling, wheat milling and packing parts.
Process Flow:
Impurities removal in the destoner or grader firstly and then the pure grain be transformed to the intensive dampener, after intensive and gentle dampening, the wheat will be peeled and crushed in the pulverizer. After the flour extracting, the wheat will be milled further in the roller mills till get the super fine or first class flour. At the end of the procedure, the produced flour will be packed by the automatic packing machine.
