Computer and its test software: the test data is displayed on the screen, in the form of curves such as bolt-torque, rotation-bolt stress, and elongation-bolt stress. Data is automatically processed in the computer according to the Standard EN****9.2C****5, and test report can be printed out. With system software of Windows***0 or XP, The test data are stored in the form of ASCII code, so that users can easily carry out a secondary data process.

 Torsion structure

The torsion structure is specially designed and made for bolt. It consists of torsion and axial tension, both data can be tested by the test device connected with the torsion structure, besides, data of angle and elongation can also be tested by special devices. During the test, the bolt is installed on the auxiliary appliance, by operating the low-speed and large-torque reducer connected to the servo motor, the force passes through the connectors to bolts. The nut moves along with bolts’ rotation, making the bolt and nut connected tightly. By reversing, the axial tensile force transmits to the side face of the loading sensors, so the test can also get the data of torque and bolt stress.

Data acquisition and display system:

Thissystem is mainly used to define, manage, and monitor the system and test parameters, display and save the test data, etc; provide a man-machine interface easy to operate.

It’s very easy for operation during the whole test.

This software supports four models namely torque, bolt stress, rotation, elongation, and the four models can transfer between each other freely.

High reliability: IPC plug-in all-digital measurement and control circuits, digital zero, digital gain adjustment.

Force test: Testing accuracy superior to the value: ±1%

Curve related operation: Real time-display test curve can also be printed out. There’re several kinds of curve combination with parameters like test force, torque, rotation, and elongation.

Multi-sensor function: can be equipped with more sensors, with sensor automatically calibrated.

Multi-level management authority: This software has three levels of management authority (senior management, middle management, testing staff). It’s very easy for operation.

Process automation: Specimen information can be in batches, and automatically deleted after the test, while test results automatically put into the database, users can simply replace the specimen when have a test.
Database management: Test data can be backed up, researched, and printed out in batches.

Protection function: It has the protection function against overload, over speed, pulled off, crushed, etc.

During the test, users can adjust the test parameters according to their own requirements, like change PID parameter, static amplitude, and frequency.
