The tire crushing line can crushing the whole tire into the powder or the grain.It consisted of steel puller,tire cutter,tire shredder,coarse crush,fine grinder fibre separator and so on.Every line depends the capacity pe year want to reach,the material of the tire and crushing fineness of finished materials output.The recycling line how to move.Fist we can use the tire wire drawer to remove out the steel wires from the tires.Second cut the tire into blocks/strips.(If the tire's diameter less than ***0mm ,we can remove these two process).Sencond we use the belt conveyor to convey the tire's blocks/strips in the tire shredder,and to break up it into **8cm block.Third we use the belt conveyor to convey the tire's blocks in the two roller rubber crusher,and to break up it into ****0 mesh and also it can separate the steel.Fourth,the RX***0Rubber Powder Screener can screen the qualified powder into the nest process,the coarse powder break up again.Fifth ,DCT***0 Belt Mode Removing Iron Machine and ZY-CX*0Magnetic Seperator to seperate the steel cleanly.And use Piple Conveter convey material in the fibre Separator is used in separating the fine fluff fibre mixed in rubber poeder which is crushed,to improve the purity rubber powder and the quality of product.
