Shipment
1) After you make the order, we'll contact you and prepare the itme as fast as possible. 
2) After we prepare the model, we ship it to you by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/EMS/HKPAM and give you the tracking number(The process takes about half one day or one day). 
3) The shipping time is about 3~5 days by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT, *0 days by EMS, *0 days by HK Post Air Mail or Singpore Post.

Returen/Refund
1. If you get a defective item, you want to return or discount. Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the parcel. 
2. All return items must be with ORIGINAL PACKING. 
3. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned item. 
4. We will refund the money to you when we get the returned item or replace a new one for you.
