Feature: 
1. It is power source type which is characterised by large pressure,stable linear speed and little fault.
2. It adopts wide column design,featuring good mechanical rigidity and stable processing.
3. SUP design with good rigidity and parallel precision in processing could be controlled within 0.*2m/m. The price is several times cheaper than comparatively large punching machines.
4. It enjoys big stroke and can press with high force in the whole stroke. Adopting low pressure when unloading and high pressure when loading is also available.
5. With safety design concept,it has safety devices,such as two hands start push, emergency stop . It is also featured by adjustable time of stopping approach,auto and hand-operated electrical circuit design for regulating molds as well as upper and lower limit switches for adjusting the stroke.
6. It is functioned by auto out-feed/unloading and air cooling system.

Application:  
1.Adopt advanced YIHUI TWO WAY cartridge valve oil circuit with little fault, minor reversing impact but high reliability. 
2.Oil cylinder is made of alloy cast steel with fine finish, which keeps reliable performance even under high pressure condition. 
3.Four columns are made of high strength alloy steel with hard chromium plated surface featuring good wear-resistance. 
4.The main hydraulic and electric units adopt brand name parts from France, Germany, USD, Japan, Taiwan to ensure perfect performance and long life span. 
5.The moving table has fast speed when no load so high productive efficiency can be achieved. 
6.Designed with adjustable pressing speed, the press is applicable for deep drawing of various thickness and materials. 
7.Upper die ejector is installed on the slide, so no need air compressing.
