Packaging Detail: in containers for international shipment. all steel parts(sprayed with antirust finish) of melting furnace will be shipped unpacked. All refractory material and castables will be wrapped with plastic film and fixed on the bracket. Billets casting equipment, which control cabinet, etc will be packed in plywood cases fixed on bracket. All the Chinese fir batten for the bracket will be fumigated and marked as standard. The package is suitable for domestic transportation and ocean transportation.

There are two kinds of charging machines for melting furnace: rotatory charging machine and two directions charging machine. Transporting the aluminium ingots and scraps into melting furnace for several parallel melting furnaces is their main function.

Charging Machine for Annealing Furnace and Homogenizing Furnace
The main function of charging machine for annealing furnace and homogenizing furnace is that fill the materials for parallel lined truck-loading furnace when it is annealed.

Working procedures:
Put the materials into the trough of charging machine or put the materials on the platform of charging machine by bridge crane or forklift. Then cast the materials into the furnace or cast them on the platform via operating the charging machine.

Charging machine can be set up to charge automatically and controlled to drive and charge by teleoperation. So that labor is economized.
