battery without the risk of overcharging. The charger monitors
the battery voltage and restarts when detect battery voltage drop
to preset level due to self discharge or load.

reverse pulse during the charge process, reducing battery impedance
and gassing, cleaning damaging lead-sulfate deposits off
battery plate and converting them to active electrolyte.
