1.Dosing system

Dose and mix suitable of raw material to get the gypsum powder slurry.

2.Paper supply system

Cutting the solidified plate on molding belt machine into required length.

9.Boiler heating system

Heat transfer oil boiling systems using organic heat carrier oil boiler heat, boiler heating surface is in front of the furnace radiation, both shaped by the close-packed coil form; rear of this system is the convection washing heating surface, composed by serpentine bundle components. Boiler is composed by the upper body and the lower grate composition, combined in construction site . Air preheater is arranged behind the boiler. High-temperature combustion in the furnace flue gas is sucked away some of the heat, entering into the convection heating surface through diversion smoke chamber to get heat exchanger. After out of the boiler, heating the air required for combustion by the air preheater, and then the dust will deliver smoke to the chimney into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan.

10.Automation control subsidiary (electronic control system)

The board in and out of the line is controlled by the PLC and the sensor automatically, which is the ideal device for the advanced industrial automatic control. It has minor errors,longer life and inflexibility. The forming part adopts manual operation, run by the frequency converter and the continuously viable regulating motor, which can adjust the speed at any moment, convenient and simple.
