4. Steel Furnace Structure

4.1 Furnace shell

Furnace body structure composed of furnace fixed mount and furnace body, furnace fixed mount and furnace body takes globality frame structure. Furnace body tilting is controlled by hydraulic system, accomplished by 2 hydraulic cylinders jacking up set besides furnace body, and furnace body reset is accomplished by pressure from furnace body weight.

4.2 Induction Coil

Coil is heart of induction furnace, Our coil designed according to induction furnace practical service condition, on the basis of electromagnetic field principle, confirmed by dedicated computer software. The tolerance of induction coil practical operate power and design power is no larger than 5%, Coil internal wall is sprayed with imported high temperature resistant insulating materials, and installed furnace leakage alarm system, can protect from bosh breaking out.

4.3 Crucible module

4.5 Tilting Furnace System

Tilting furnace uses two DG hydraulic cylinders, the inlet of hydraulic cylinder directly connect the speed limit shut-off valveï¼Œto prevent accidents because of pipe rupture according to furnace body fell sharply. Tilting furnace is controlled by manual control reversing valve, the operation is simple and convenient.

4.6 Water-cooled Cables

Water-cooled cables made of high quality material T2 multi-strand copper wireï¼Œoutside is a high- strength fire-resistant rubber tubeï¼Œconnector cold formingï¼Œgood contact and tensile strength
