DESCRIPTIONS:

Renewable energy system is optional according to the site power conditions. The containerized seawater desalination equipment is movable, which provides an emergency water treatment solution for water-deficient areas, and can be applied to islands, marine resorts, small towns, offshore drilling platforms and water-scarce coastal cities.

Independent of external power grid, the containerized renewable energy powered seawater desalination complete equipment can directly utilize clean energy, e.g. wind energy, solar energy to produce high-quality living and drinking water and provide stable power source, which is suitable for water supply and power supply to coastal, inland regions and offshore islands short of water and power.


PROCESS FLOW:

Raw seawater→intake pump→media filter→security filter→high pressure pump, energy recovery device, circulating booster pump→SWRO system→sterilization device (post-treatment system)→water supply

*-RO membrane: DOW, Hydranautics SW membrane or equivalent
*-Membrane housing: ROPV, WAVECYBER or equivalent
*-Water supply pump: CNP or equivalent
*-High pressure pump: DANFOSS, WOER, SUZLER
*-Framework: stainless steel, anti-corrosive carbon steel
*-Pipeline: double-phase steel or stainless steel pipe and high pressure hose on the high pressure side and UPVC pipe on the low pressure side
*-Electrical components: Schneider or equivalent
