Brief Description
Composed by lifting motor, brake, reducer (or triad motor where motor, reducer and brake combined), trolley frame, wheels, handrail and so on components, the trolley for double girder overhead / gantry crane has such characteristics as compact structure, heavy lifting capacity, high working efficiency, smooth operation, low noise and so on. That can be widely used in various kinds of double girder overhead crane, gantry crane and so on.
Applicable Condition
The trolley can be designed and manufactured according to detailed technical requirements along with main girder designation. Which means we- Henan Crane Co., Ltd. design the whole crane and manufacture the trolley in our factory, provide the design drawing for main girder, end carriage to customer for local manufacture.
This is applicable for customer who has such capacity to understand all of our design idea and to steel structure fabricate on site. Or, changed the old trolley for your overhead crane / gantry crane is needed.
Advantages:
- easy transportation and shipment;
- reduce shipment fees correspondingly.
Disadvantages:
- potential difference in understanding for the design which will lead to difficult in assembling.
Main Technical Specification
- Lifting capacity ranged from 5t to **0t.
- Lifting speed can be single speed (like 8m/min), or variable speed (like 1.*8~*2.8m/min).
- Lifting height can be *0m or as required.
- Trolley traversing speed is depending on the SWL of the crane (e.g. trolley speed for 5t double girder overhead crane is *0m/min, for *0/*0t is *8.5m/min, and etc.).
- Control method can be pendant control, cabin control, remote control, or combined one. We will provide electric drawing correspondingly.
- The working duty is A5~A7.
- Power source for the trolley is the one of your local power. So, please let me know it when you send your RFQ.
- The working ambient is **5℃-**0℃. Special condition should be listed for our design.
Material for Trolley Construct
- Material for trolley frame is Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0 centigrade.
- Material for crane wheel is *5Mn or *2 CrMo.
- For hook is forged casting steel or customer’s required.
- The steel rope is flexible one or customer’s required.
Component Used on Trolley
- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer’s requirement.
- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are of Schneider, Siemens and so on.
- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.
Package
- The whole trolley can be covered by rain-proof clothes and put in plywood box for shipment.
- Pipe pieces like handrail, ladders are bundled and coat with yellow oil for transportation.
- Some other package methods which will benefit our product will also be appreciated.
Delivery
- Delivery time for the trolley is no more than *0 working days after payment advance.

- Dispatch port can be Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or some other China port suitable for loading of trolley.
- Open top container will be recommended.
