Thix rubber vulcanizing  accelerator **8 is supplied as yellow to amber viscous liquid and is a blend of esters of 3,*-diethy**1,*-dihydro**-pheny***-propylpyridine.It is soluble in alcohol,toluene,acetone and ether,insoluble in water.

Applications:

Thix***8 curing accelerator and vulcanizing agent could be cured together in halogenated elastomers,such as CPE,PVC,ECO,CR and CSM,the additive proportion of Vulcanizing agent and **8 accelerator are 2.5:0.8.It can also use in rubber latex thread processing,as a accelerator in Anaerobic adhesive curing.In general,CPE compunds cured with vulcanizing system exhibit good resistance to oil,heat,cold and ozone,in mean while,have good compression set and thermal stability.NR,SBR,CR,IIR,and latex accelerator of intermediate strengh.Activator for acidic accelerators.Excellent for reclaims,hard rubber stocks and CR cements.
