1.ACTION:sound quality depends on three factors: colour (timbre) and quality (acoustic fidelity) of tone and volume, all of which are decided by the flexibility of the action. We use **0%natural timber to guarantee the specific flexibility and durability without the need for constant tuning. The imported pear-shape CAD hammers have better elasticity and hardness, making beautiful and fine sound.

2.KEYS:Keys are made of multi-laminated timber compressed together under high pressure. This prevents deformation and warping caused by the difference between individual timber pieces and also guarantees durability of keys. Synthetic ivory white keys and satin finished black keys provide a comfortable touch. The weight of each key is individually measured and adjusted with lead weights to achieve a unified touch weight. This ensures the best touch by eliminating any energy loss from finger tips to keys, to hammers and finally to the strings.

3.IRON FRAME: The pianos use iron of precision sand casting to guarantee their natural shaping. The stable support is achieved through nature time treatment. The accurate design enables the iron frame to support over *0 tonnes of tension created by the strings.

4. STRING: Our extra length strings are capable of producing greater energy and depth of tone. The tenor strings and bass strings are scientifically arranged. The very expensive German Roslau *0% tin-coated strings yield a rich bass, sweet tenor and brilliant treble. The purely hand turned windings on bass strings guarantee a natural transition from bass notes to tenor and treble notes and the agraffes, usually used only in grand pianos and high class uprights, have made the effective length of the string more accurate.

5. SOUNDBORAD: Clear and beautiful sound is created by a combination of unique crown forming technology from Germany and use of uniform straight close-grained timber. Top quality dragon spruce timber from the cold climate of Alaska, carefully selected by our purchasing experts, has undergone a **-year natural ageing & storage process change. The solid timber sound board, with over a year of indoors complete drying process, and having passed strict tests in relation to humidity and temperature, assures the best performance in any environment and is guaranteed against any deformation and cracking. A non-symmetric crown shaped sound board has created powerful, consistent and high quality sound.

6. ADJUSTMENT: Every piano has undergone seven tunings and many adjustments before leaving the factory. The balanced lead loaded keys are an especially important feature making playing more uniform and is one of the main reasons that our pianos are highly recommended by well known pianists and piano professors.

7.CASE SHELL: The case shell adopts imported specialized polyester oil for pianos, the oil has excellent performance on polish, stiffness and endurance, keeping the Duke piano fresh permanently.

8.SOFT-CLOSE FALLBOARD: Various models are fitted with soft-close fallboards enabling gentle closing, thus avoiding injury to young fingers as the lid descends very slowly.
