Hi guys, today i am going to introduce QINUOs factory to see how the production going on. What is the measures we do for keeping the products with perfect quality. As a leading RF product manufacturer in China, the company occupied ***0 square meters, 2 dust-free workshops. It mainly specialized in producing car keys, garage door remote, control board, automatic door sensors etc.
If you come to the factory to have a visit, you need to wear dustproof clothing with hat and dustproof shoe cover. For products like car key, garage door remote, and control board, they are with PCB part, which require us to take the measure to keep dustproof. The first, we are going to check material warehouse. All the coming materials will be needed to accept the test before they get into the warehouse. That is one the rule of the company. The QC will check some key size, appearance, touching feeling etc with sample quantity. The material is allowed to be laid up if the test result shows good.
The second, when all the material is ready for the production, we use MES and SAP system to show the record and data. Then the material will be in the first step for production, SMT.  Surface mounting is finished by machine which imported by USA and Japan. The self-test function help us to reduce the rate of mismounting, wrong mounting, and less mounting. It equipped an auto test machine. But we still need a guy there in case of any problem.
The third, the production is going into manual soldering part after SMT. Our trained colleague will take the mission about it. All the staff member have trained for **6 months. That could be defined to be qualified. Now the product will have the first test for the function after becoming the PCB.
Final steps are assembling and re-test the complete product, which is very important.  During the whole production, QC will do a sampling test for each step to check if the quality performance is stable or not. After that the final product could be sent to the warehouse!
