CIF  Procedure
1. Buyer submits Letter of Intent (LOI). seller issues Full Corporate
Offer (FCO).

2. Buyer signs FCO. Seller provides draft Purchase Agreement for
endorsement by all parties. Buyer signs and sends back with copy of
data page of Buyer Passport, and Buyer company certificate of registration.

3. Seller proceeds to legalize signed Purchase Agreement Contract at seller expense. Seller sends legal contract and PPOP to the buyer.

4. Buyer receives document and issues acceptable Bank Guarantee(MT**0) through swift to seller appointed bank account for the total worth of cargo in first shipment within 7 banking days of Buyer receiving the PPOP documents, to enable seller proceed with transportation of cargo to buyer.

5. If Buyer fails to meet up with the 7 banking days deadline for provision of a Bank Guarantee. Buyer must proceed to make a security deposit of 1.5% of the total product value, which shall act as a performance guarantee to the seller, and enable seller proceed with the transportation of cargo to the agreed offloading point.

6. Seller receives BG or 1.5% of total cargo value payment , then
seller bank issue 2% PB guarantee to buyers bank (if buyer must
deposit 1.5% , it will no 2% pb guarantee provided by the seller。）and 
the buyer will be invited to inspect the order at the sellers siteand
the seller authorizes transportation of cargo to the offloading station provided by
buyer.
 7. Cargo arrives at the offloading point. Buyer conducts test to verify quality and quantity. Upon satisfactory completion, buyer gives seller go ahead to offload
cargo.

8. Seller releases complete set of POP. Buyer makes *8.5% or **0%
Payment of total product value, as the case may be.
9. Seller pays off mandates/intermediaries. Seller and buyer negotiate
terms of monthly shipment if applicable.
