BARE CONDUCTOR:

        AACSR: steel reinforce alloy aluminum conductor
          ACSR conductor consists of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by strands of aluminium. ACSR conductor is available in a range of steel strengths varying from 6% up to *0%. The higher strength ACSR conductors are used for river crossings, overhead earth wires, and installations involving extra long spans. Against any given resistance of conductor, ACSR conductor may be manufactured to have different tensile strengths as per requirement. The principal advantage of these conductors are their high tensile strength and light weight, covering longer spans with less supports. Due to the greater diameter of an ACSR conductor much higher corona limit can be obtained, giving a big advantage on high and extra high voltage overhead lines.

Key Benefits:
The principal advantage of these conductors are high tensile strength so that they are used for longer spans with less supports. Due to the greater diameter of ACSR conductors a much higher corona limit can be obtained causing big advantages on high as well as extra high voltage overhead lines.

          ACAR has aluminium ***0 H**9 wires concentrically stranded around a ****-T*1 aluminium 
Alloy core. Typically, the ****-T*1 is the conductor core, but in certain designs, the ***0 H**9 And the ****-T*1 wires may be stranded in the same layer. 
         
AACSR Bare Conductor is a concentrically stranded conductor composed of one or more layers of ***1 -T*1 aluminum alloy wire stranded over a high-strength zinc coated steel core. The core may be single wire or stranded depending on the requirement customer. 
     AAAC, or All Aluminium Alloy Conductor, is used as a bare overhead conductor for power transmission and distribution lines. AAAC conductor are made out from aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy of high electrical conductivity (min *3% IACS) containing magnesium (0.**0.9%) & silicon (0.**0.9%) to give it better mechanical properties after treatment. AAAC conductors are made out of aluminum alloy ***1. AAAC conductor has a better corrosion resistance and better strength to weight ratio and improved electrical conductivity than ACSR conductor on equal diameter basis.
