Ä°ndications:
Indicated for fixation of proxiaml femur in children:
• Fractures of the trochanteric region:
• Osteotomies of the proximal femur
• Metastatic fracture of the proximal femur
• Osteopenic bone
• Nonunions or malunions
 
 
 
Contraindicated:
• Ä°nfection of surgical region
• Severe osteoporosis and avascular necrosis
• Psychological conditions that the patient can not tolerate the postoperative regulation
• Metastatic or malignant disasees of the surgical area
